This wonderful zine inspires and presents ideas to become active.

Ein schönes, per Risodruck hergestelltes Zine zum Verschenken an Menschen, wenn sie dich misgendert haben, deinen Deadname verwendet haben oder du dich mit diesem Zine outen willst. Oder du damit an Deinen Namen oder Pronomen erinnern willst oder wenn sich dein Pronomen oder deine Geschlechtsidentität geändert hat und du dies mitteilen möchtest. Das Zine beginnt mit einem schönen Vorwort, dass die Person, die das Zine überreicht hat die*den Lesende*n schätzt oder sehr mag und dass die Überreichung des Zines ganz schön viel Mut braucht.

Es folgen eine Doppelseite zum Ankreuzen

• für den Anlass der Zineübergabe
• Deiner Geschlechtsidentität und
• Deines Pronomens.

Hier gibt es jeweils es auch eine Leerzeile für den Fall, dass keine der Vorauswahlen passen.

Danach folgen in Kürze dann ein paar Tipps zu geschlechtersensiblem Sprechen und zum Umgang mit Anredefehlern. Außerdem Begriffsdefinitionen und Tipps zum Weiterlesen. Am Ende ist noch Platz für persönliche Mitteilungen.

Das Zine besitzt keinen Perfektionsanspruch und Lys Walter freut sich über Rückmeldungen und Wünsche für die nächste Ausgabe unter Instagram @ausgetindert.

A mini-comic that using graphics explains in very simple terms why discriminating structures can be deconstructed.

Description by Illi Anna Heger: I love to use my comics to share my understanding of theories. The analogy of a house for explaining deconstruction is based on an article in the booklet “Wer andern einen Brunnen gräbt” by Mostafa Akhtar. In 2013 the German version of this comic and its text-only transcript were published as a guest article on the Mädchenmannschaft blog.

An Introduction (2nd edition)

Non-Binary: An Introduction is an accessible guide to non-binary genders that covers frequently asked questions. What does non-binary mean? And what is trans? How does someone know they’re non-binary? Biologically there are only two genders, right?

Responses can be adapted individually: blank lines after each answered question invite non-binary people to share their own thoughts. This gives family members, friends, and partners both a general overview and a personal insight into non-binary experiences.

The guide also offers pronoun examples, common phrases, a glossary of words, and additional resources.

Changes in the revised 2nd Edition include: updated entries (e.g. on detransition and third gender markers), additional definitions (endosex, femme, butch & more), richer colors (printed version), less bright colors & screenreader-friendly fillable fields (digital version), and other small changes, such as fixed spelling mistakes and updated names and bios!

Description by Illi Anna Heger: This comics deals with friendship dynamics of two different friendships that I combined. Pronouns are not used at all. Instead little symbols in the form of t-shirts are used to indicate the two main characters, one white, black.

A great mini-comic about the 100%-Quota in the top management.

Description by Illi Anna Heger: I get annoyed with the whining about quota of women on boards of private companies. One get the misleading impression there is only one axis of discrimination, that is sexism, but there is definitively more. I want to point at the 100% quota on the management level. This is what needs to be removed. The setup of the management floor is a symptom for how society is structured as a whole.

In summer 2020, I met with people in different places in berlin to take their portrait.

Physical distancing, self-isolation, emotional overwhelm and economic pressure changed how we relate to each other on individual as well as collective levels. Fear of getting sick and dying plus the need to be in touch with others created_creates forcefields in which political, romantic and/ or friendly relationships broke_break. Were_are strained. Were_are strenghened or created new.

My longing to be close to people, to be part of community_ies, to hold and feel held was_is unbearably strong at times.

This zine speaks to that longing, often invisibilized, happening between the grasses and brick walls, in the forestry patches between the industrial areas, wherever there's a spot for momentary connection.

A thoughtful look into gender: imagining, dreaming, (re)thinking and always hoping and creating future. Gender Hope is an anthology with 12 comics about gender by various artists.

There‘s so much backlash against progressive gender comprehension going on in the world right now, so we thought it’s time to put some positivity out. We all definitely need some hope at the moment.

The stories you find here range from fictional works to real life experiences. Gender hope can be seen in the tradition of hope punx, creating futures and hope despite oppressive systems (/cistems) and telling about moments of gender euphoria. A world without gender norms and boundaries is possible, it’s within our reach. We can build that world, first with our stories, then in our dreams and finally in the physical world.
