This is another one of my „oldies, but Goldie’s“, that I still very much love.
Everything I said back then is still true.
I was experimenting a bit with the design in a reference to printing techniques, that reveal - parallel to stereotypes, assumptions and expectations, that are layered over people - how structure, distance and only a few color/components can form a picture. A picture, that, in the understanding of a cissexist society, seems to be complete and accurate, but in most cases isn’t anything else but the reflection of the mindset of the viewer. It rarely has to do anything with the person, that is looked at.
The closer you get, the less sense it makes.

The stickers are 9x10,5cm

They are meant to be spread not to be kept, but I do encourage to do so with love and only with permission from the owners of the destined surface.

Weitere von Yori Gagarim gibt es hier.
