Gay Pride Flamingo

Postkarte mit der Zeichnung eines Flamingos an einem Strand in Anlehnung an die Farben der Flagge für schwul. Unter der Zeichnung steht The Flamin-gay. Beschreibung der Künstlerin:

This postcard shows a flamingo in different shades of blue and turquoise, alluding to the men loving men gay pride flag. It stands on a beach and you can see it’s foot prints in the sand. The scene is framed in a square like a Polaroid and underneath, a cursive font reads “the flamin- gay”

On the back, there are three lines to put your address, a little element with my social media handles and a stamp field on the top right that shows The beach with a few waves and the footprint of the flamin- gay in the sand

The design is printed on 300g recycling paper in the standard DIN A6 format (10,5x 14,8cm).

This design is part of my pun- tastic four collection.

You have the option to get the postcards where the main pun is put into a nice setting and the joke is explained. However, you also have the option to just get the design as a sticker [or button] to carry around a little symbol of pride with you that not everyone might understand immediately. A great conversation starter for people you feel safe with while, at the same time, not risking your safety and comfort in potentially dangerous and hostile environments.
