Take up space

This self- designed postcard shows the neon outline of a plus sized body on a galaxy background.

 

I came up with this design to appreciate the art and beauty that can be found in bodies which are bigger than what is usually considered beautiful or worth being looked at. People in bigger bodies are often made to feel uncomfortable for taking up the space, simply by existing. That needs to change. Everybody deserves to take up space without shame.

 

This card works great as a present to anyone or just as a piece of decoration. It can be a good start for conversations about fat activism or work as a reminder that any body is beautiful.

 

The design is printed on 300g recycling paper in the standard DIN A6 postcard format (10,5x 14,8cm).
